Write to Snowpack about a mountain and its figures, Pro, the API, or anything else on the site. Each message is read by the Snowpack team.
What to put in a message
- A figure that looks wrong
- The mountain or the page address, the figure, and the time it was seen, so the reading can be checked against the instrument's own record. How each figure is made is set out on How.
- Pro, a key or a charge
- The date of the purchase and how it was paid; those are enough to find it, so the key itself stays out of the message. Prices are on Pricing.
- The API
- The route, the time of the call, and the status it answered. Every route and its price is on the developer page.
- An emergency on a mountain
- Call 911 or the ski patrol. Avalanche danger and severe weather alerts are free to everyone on Safety.
